Natural Cider Castañón
“CASTAÑON CIDER” is made with a blend of previously selected apples employing the latest technical advances and the utmost care. It is a top-class, typically Asturian cider that is well-structured with very pleasant final tannins.
It is mainly consumed by pouring from a height (in Asturian, escanciado) or served at the table in a thin cider glass.
It provides a good accompaniment to seafood and different meats, as well as in less formal situations of sharing tapas and at friends get-togethers.

A cider made from Asturian apples that the “Cider of Asturias” Protected Designation of Origin Regulatory Board has determined as being valid varieties for making this cider in terms of the parameters of acidity, volatility, etc., considered in the regulations.
It presents a pale yellow cider with a fruity aroma, pleasant taste and smell and a touch of fixed acidity (characteristic of these varieties) that highlights its freshness.
It is a perfect accompaniment for fish, seafood and meats, as well as for sharing different tapas among friends.
Preferably served by pouring from a height (in Asturian, escanciando), or at the table, in a very thin cider glass.

Our cider Frizzante is made by fermenting a single variety of apple with selected yeast at a low temperature. Its smooth, fruity taste means that it goes down easily, its carbonic acid content affording freshness. The fact that it is made from apples distinguishes it from other lightly sparkling or frizzante beverages that exist on the market.
Intense taste of ripe fruit with citrus notes, fresh and pleasant on the palate, with a balance between acidity and sweetness together with fine, sparkling bubbles.
An ideal drink with light meals, seafood, cheeses, accompanying snacks or alone.
